As an Outside Authorized Sales Technician, you will:
• Have the ability to develop an independent clientele
• Have the ability to communicate with your client in all facets of web design, hosting, domain name registration and Organic/PPC SEO/SEM
• Have the ability to listen and quickly understand your client's needs and abilities
• Create customer profiles and detailed work orders
• Liaise with Web Designers in all aspects of site production
• Always create a positive client experience by providing 'above and beyond' customer service

Desired personal skills:
• A positive and passionate personality, with the natural ability to communicate with people
• The ability to recognize one's mistakes and learn from them
• A commitment to teamwork and working in a fun and friendly atmosphere
• Fluency in the English language
• Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset

Essential qualifications and skills:
• A combination of two years experience in a sales environment and customer service related capacity
• Post secondary education in Web design, graphic and visual arts or a related field
• Proficiency with computers and experience working in a Windows based environment (Linux an asset)
• An excellent understanding of the Internet, search engines and website interactivity
• The ability convert 'technical geek talk' into a clear, methodical and easy to understand presentation
